On the System and the Two Faces of the Same Coin
And on the need for peace between “Us” and “Them”.
(Do not read the author’s name, and try to read this text — written as concisely as possible — to the end.)
Us and Them, whoever We may be, whoever They may be — sovereigntists or progressives, of the left or of the right, red or blue, green or yellow. Once every 4 or 5 years We wake up facing Them in an absurd contest over a few slogans, over a few colours, in a bitter fight for nothing, for a few lies (which we know to be lies!) in which we are told that it is essential that “our man should win” — an “our man” who is not ours, of whom nobody knows where he came from, where he was “born” or “raised”. All we know is that “our man must win” so that we may win too. Although we never win anything (and this is proved every single time!), whether these “we” are Us or Them. We merely pay for the whole game — for “our man” and for “theirs”, but above all for the “Referee”, always the same one, and we play by his rules. Some lose (nearly always the same ones), others win in this game, but we all play by their rules and above all we pay everybody (the winners, the losers, and above all the Referees). We pay them ever more dearly and with ever greater effort — we, and “Us”, and “Them”, whoever “We” or “They” may be!
In the “Grand Final” of 18 May, the “Referee” made both “Us” and “Them” choose a camp and a colour in a game organised according to the Referee’s rules. And one face of a coin… one of the faces was sovereigntist-nationalist. The other face was progressive-globalist. Only that these “faces”, bearing no resemblance to one another, were the faces of the same coin, “drawn”, “polished” and “fashioned” by the one and only referee of the match. And never in the last 25 years has this been more evident than in the “elections” of 2025. NEVER!
Concretely: we had to choose between the “sovereigntist-nationalist” George Simion and the “progressive-globalist” Nicușor Dan. Why did I put them in quotation marks? Because either candidate could easily have worn the other’s shirt and colour. Had the “Referee” so wished! Had it been so decided by the referee, one and the same as the candidates’ trainer (!!!) somewhere along the course of their formation. For both of them — Nicușor Dan and George Simion alike — were raised and trained in the same schools, by exactly the same mentors and trainers: traian băsescu (alias Petrov), Alina Mungiu Pippidi, Monica Macovei, Laura Codruța Kövesi and yes… the one and inimitable Floriaaaan Coooldeeaaa! Both were “around there”, both came from there! Hundreds of photographs, dozens of public and notorious stories tell us so beyond any possibility of denial… and yet both “We” and “They” refused to believe them any longer, and locked ourselves in a bitter fight with an expected and foreseeable end.
I know much, too much for my health, about the course of our candidates… I know how Simion led the ultras’ groups at the pro-Roșia Montană demonstrations of 2013 (where I met him); I know how prominent members of the PMP were sent to Chișinău by băsescu to speak there with “his man”, the same George Simion, who lived and travelled on a grand scale on funds from “nobody knows where”; and I know too how Coldea threatened UDMR parliamentarians with “I’ll set Simion on you”; indeed I know as well how another founding “father” of AUR was recruited by a famous Securitate man to whom he informed on his “nest-mates” in Bacău; and above all I know only too well with what assurance that jobless young man GS spoke of the golden future of AUR (then only a few weeks old), a young man with no career other than that of a terrace agitator — odd, is it not? And I also know how he, George Simion personally, in a negotiation in the autumn of 2020, asked me before 10 or 12 witnesses to stop criticising Laura Codruța Kövesi!!! And to stop mentioning Adrian Severin, to disown him publicly… And this too I lived through myself, not by hearsay. Just as I experienced personally the constant sabotage of genuinely sovereigntist initiatives such as #TheSovereigntyLaw or #TheConstitutionOfSovereignty by that same George Simion… I shall not go into details now, for we should run on too long. Though I could.
Just as I know about Nicușor, from one of his very “trainers”, his past as a precocious informer, his grave difficulties in concentrating on a text — let us call it that — how he was pushed to found the USB and then the USR… why certain construction groups have almost always found the gates of the City Hall open to them… and all of it has to do with the same Mr Florian Coldea! I know much, but I really do not think it healthy for me to speak in greater detail about the future sitting President of Romania… for the next 10 years.
Returning to the wide view of the “playing field”: if until now the battle for the post of “Head of State” (a notion likewise invented by them) was fought between different gangs “of referees” from the same System, now, in 2025, it is astounding how a single gang, FC’s gang, managed to take two of its own men into the final! It even managed to persuade the Americans and the French each to back one of them! Astounding! Brilliant, I swear!
The only man who might have spoiled the party of Coldea and of the “Cluj group” would have been Crin Antonescu, who was backed by the other gang of System men, “Eduard Hellvig’s gang”, let us call it generically; but so that Crin should have no chance whatever of reaching the final, Maior’s godson was sent into the “qualifiers” (you do not know who that is? Mr Ponta — sic!)… who let the “two brothers”, the two faces of the same coin, pull away into the final… things do connect, do they not?
What is certain is that we have one certain winner — the Referee! And now we know who wears the referee’s jersey, and we know too that the two finalists were nothing but the two faces of the same coin, drawn, polished and owned by one and the same “Referee”. And we understand as well why one face of the coin did everything possible to make the other face come out the winner — because that is what the referee wanted!
But above all we ought to understand one further thing, both “We” and “They”: from this game nobody wins — neither “We” nor “They” — but only the Referee… that is to say, the System!
That is why I beg you all, both Us and Them: hate one another no longer, let yourselves be divided no longer by games that are not ours, do not tear out one another’s eyes for a future already drawn by others, by the same System men… by the same Referee. Break your teeth no longer on false coins… try rather to bite the hand that throws them!

“At this moment, GS is being pushed by Trump towards only two options: either he challenges the election before the Constitutional Court and demands that Telegram be summoned in the case to produce the evidence it holds concerning France’s interference in the elections, or it will be shown that he was merely a pawn of the System — but even in that case the USA will still never recognise ND’s legitimacy.”
