Notes at the End of a World
An anthology: 2,399 of my own writings published between August 2010 and April 2026, arranged in seven thematic chapters, each with its date and the archive address of the original post. It exists in three working editions — A4, a print-ready A5, and an EPUB with footnotes and photographs.

The Third Republic — a project for the refounding of Romania
The project for refounding the Romanian state: a diagnosis of the second republic and the architecture of the third. Volume I — the doctrine; Volume II — the Documents. It has gone through several revised and enlarged editions.

The Sovereignty Act
A bill written together with a group of lawyers and supported by a signature drive: demilitarisation of the intelligence services, prohibition of funds outside the state budget, criminalisation of interference in the administration of justice, protection of natural resources and of children. Favourable opinion from the Legislative Council in September 2021.

The Sovereignty Constitution
Thirteen amendments to seven articles of the Romanian Constitution, aimed at strengthening Parliament as the supreme representative body, at the accountability of the magistracy and at guaranteeing national sovereignty.

Securistan, Reckoned Year by Year
A study of the budgets of the Romanian intelligence services between 2015 and 2026, with a per-capita comparison against the United Kingdom, Germany and Poland. It exists in a full and a short version.

A turnover tax on large multinational companies, as an instrument for rebalancing the fiscal burden between foreign and domestic capital.
