An Emergency Ordinance for the Ukrainian Pilots

And now, since there is a public consultation on the emergency ordinance concerning Romania’s financing of the Ukrainian pilots for the F-16… I too shall leave a few questions which Ciolacu must answer:

1. Is it true that the training and licensing of one F-16 pilot costs 6.8 million euros (and if not, how much)?

2. Is it true that Romania has undertaken to train around 350 Ukrainian pilots (and if not, how many)?

3. Is it true that Romania will pay 2.4 billion for the training of the Ukrainian pilots (and if not, how much)?

4. Why does nothing explicit appear in the draft ordinance under section four, financial impact?

5. Is it true that this money was already budgeted before the ordinance now under public consultation was adopted?
