The Selling of the National Assets
Iohannis’s traitor gauverner is selling for nothing the country’s resources and the assets of the national companies. Right now!

Here is what the Sovereignty Law provides, here is how the Law can stop them:
CHAPTER II — Measures in the economic field for the protection of the higher and sovereign interest of the Romanian people and citizen
5. From the date of entry into force of the present law, the alienation of the assets of the Romanian state or of the shares held by the state in national companies and undertakings, in credit institutions, as well as in any other company in which the state has the capacity of shareholder, regardless of the share of the registered capital held, is forbidden until 1 January 2121.
6. From the date of entry into force of the present law, the concession of goods in the public property of the state shall be approved by Parliament.
7. In art. 307 of the Administrative Code of 03.07.2019, after para. (1) a new paragraph is added, para. (1) indent 1, with the following content: “The minimum royalty obtained through concession may not fall below the average level of the European market.”
8. The gold reserve of Romania shall be deposited exclusively and in its entirety at the National Bank of Romania. Within a maximum of 180 days from the publication of the present Law in the Official Gazette of Romania, the National Bank of Romania shall repatriate in its entirety the gold deposited outside Romania.
9. From the date of entry into force of the present law, the contracts concluded by the Romanian state are public and shall be published on the site of the contracting institution and in the Official Gazette, part IV. Within no more than 5 days from the date of adoption of the present law, all the contracts concluded by the Romanian state up to that date shall be published on the site of the contracting institution and in the Official Gazette, part IV.
10. The omission of an official to enforce concession or privatisation contracts according to their clauses, or, as the case may be, the omission to bring actions in enforcement thereof, committed with intent, is punished by imprisonment of from 10 to 20 years and the prohibition of certain rights. The omission of an official to enforce concession or privatisation contracts according to their clauses, or, as the case may be, the omission to bring actions in enforcement thereof, committed through negligence, is punished by imprisonment of from 5 to 10 years and the prohibition of certain rights.
11. After paragraph 1 of art. 394 of the Criminal Code a new paragraph is introduced, paragraph 2, with the following content: “If the act provided for in paragraph 1 letter b has caused important damage to the national economy, the penalty is life imprisonment or imprisonment of from 15 to 25 years and the prohibition of certain rights.”
