Today, officially, our entire political class has capitulated before the Securitate and before Globalism.
From today the System plays every piece on the board: it plays White and it plays Black.
Or, if you prefer, it moves the yellows and it moves the reds.
In Securistan the Securitate has seized the whole chessboard. Openly. Checkmate.
My dears, today our limping democracy died. God forgive it — there is plenty to forgive.
Postscript: democracy could rise again only if the three and a half million who voted in the referendum on the family involve themselves actively in the life of the city.
Romania’s future depends on us.
Second postscript: it appears Iliescu has managed to outlive the party he founded. For tonight we were informed, in approximate Romanian, that the Social Democratic Party is dead — a thing confirmed by the announcement of the imminent change of the deceased party’s name. May the earth of history lie lightly upon it. I propose a name for the new party: the Party of the Securitate, Left Branch.
Third postscript: tonight, too, after thirty years of fierce fighting, the epic war between the Securitate and the Party came to an end. The Party was destroyed to the point of annihilation.
Today the Securitate took its country back. All of it.
