Four Years Have Passed Already

Four years since “people had to die” for their petty interests and their criminal games of power.

Four years since cynicism became state policy for the System and its men; since the life and the rights of the Romanian citizen ceased to mean anything to the Rule of Law and its disciples.

Four years in which Iohannis has not missed a single opportunity to climb upon corpses — upon the living corpse of a dying nation.

And four years, too, in which the System men have been waiting to execute Arafat, the one man who tried to save lives — and just as many years in which the System has hidden and shielded the killers of our children.

Four years in which the System has laboured to build a minimal state where the citizen’s interests must be defended, and a maximal one where Romanians’ rights must be constrained.

Four years have passed since we all became one Colectiv, fit only to be burnt upon the altar of this nation’s criminals.
