Admiral Dragone’s Statement

Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, chairman of NATO’s Military Committee, told the Financial Times that the alliance is considering “a more aggressive and proactive approach to counter Russia’s hybrid war”, including the possibility of pre-emptive strikes as a “defensive action”.
