The Djokovic Case
The Australian Government expels Djokovic “because his presence in Australia may stimulate anti-vaccination sentiment”, a thing which “may represent a risk to the health of the Australian community”, thereby explicitly admitting that the pandemic has NO medical or scientific springs, but only “sentimental-vaccinist” ones!
Djokovic has lost… But he lost so that the Truth might triumph!
Thus Novak has turned his local administrative defeat in Australia into a global victory against the plandemic and vaccinist lie!

“In a document setting out the reasons for cancelling Djokovic’s visa, Hawke abandoned the argument concerning the validity of the tennis player’s medical exemption, declaring that he had not even read the material Djokovic had submitted regarding his recent covid infection — the grounds of his exemption — because ‘I am not medically trained.’
The minister also acknowledged that Djokovic’s recent infection meant that he presented a ‘negligible’ risk of infecting others.
Instead, Hawke observed that Djokovic is ‘a high-profile unvaccinated person who has publicly indicated that he is opposed to vaccination against covid-19’.
‘I consider that Mr Djokovic’s presence in Australia may represent a risk to the health of the Australian community, because his presence in Australia may stimulate anti-vaccination sentiment’, which would lead to a rise in covid and to increased pressure on the hospital system, Hawke maintained.”

Post scriptum: Djokovic dismantled the vaccinated thesis, he demonstrated the falsity of the plandemist dogma and the irrational, unscientific and dictatorial character of measures which take no account of a man’s state of health, but of his acceptance or refusal of an experimental medical treatment proved ineffective.
Nole, though he seemingly lost, came out well from this “Tournament” too, winning it in the name of Truth, defeating the Lie 6-0, 6-0, 6-0!

“Djokovic has lost the case against the Australian government, his visa has been cancelled and he must leave Australia. The government withdrew his visa because he ‘feeds the anti-vaccine movement’. The pleadings turned on this point: is a tennis player anti-vaccinist or not? And if he is, he may not enter a country or play tennis.
I certainly do not take my health information from a tennis player, so I am not interested in his opinions in that field, and I am not anti-vaccinist either.
BUT to expel an individual, a human being, not to let him take part in a sporting competition because if he won it he would become a symbol for those of similar ideas, is abominable. That is, you, a state as great as Australia, have no confidence in the discernment of your own citizens and admit that they would trust an outsider in the medical field? And you expel an individual for an offence of opinion? And then you come to your citizens and ask for their rationally expressed vote? How did mankind get into such a state without our noticing?
PS — obviously I do not support Novak’s opinions, but to throw a man out of a sporting tournament for his opinions is a plain juridical abomination.”
