“I ask the promoters of the green certificate that, before accusing the unvaccinated of the rise in the number of infections and treating them as stigmatised persons, they explain to us:

— the situation of Norway which, with 80% of its adult population vaccinated, reached in September the absolute record of infections from the beginning of the epidemic until today;

— the situation of Ireland which, with 88% of its adult population vaccinated, had in September double the infections it had at the moment the vaccination campaign began (February 2021);

— the situation of Israel which, with 74% of its adult population vaccinated, reached in September the absolute record of infections;

— the situation of the United States of America which, at 67% of its adult population vaccinated, had in September double the infections it had at the moment the vaccination campaign began;

— the situation of Turkey which, at 65% of its adult population vaccinated, has triple the vaccinations it had at the moment the campaign began;

— the situation of Great Britain which, at 80% of its adult population vaccinated, has triple the infections it had at the moment the vaccination campaign began;

— the situation of France (76%), Spain (90%), Portugal (98%) which, with such proportions of the population vaccinated, reached in August-September a number of infections greater than at the beginning of the vaccination campaign (triple in the case of Spain, double in the case of Portugal, one and a half times in the case of France).

And the examples can go on. If they do not give us the necessary explanations, continuing absurdly to blame the unvaccinated, then it will be hard to hold back the discontent of those who are treated as second-category persons (I do not say citizens, for the right to be citizens is beginning to be denied them).”
