A Genocide “by Negligence”?
These lines are not an exhortation to do or not to do something, to be vaccinated or not; they are merely an attempt to inform the population, an information that is not being provided by the government of Romania or by the mainstream media.
More and more verified information is appearing, confirmed even by certain states (Norway, Germany, the USA), according to which there have been numerous deaths following injection with the Comirnaty vaccine from Pfizer.
Hundreds of persons have died within only a few weeks of the start of the worldwide vaccination campaign. It may seem a small number, insignificant even beside the number of persons already vaccinated. It only seems so… because they are merely the first of the possible bad or even disastrous side effects of the new vaccine.
What is certain is that this hysterical and reckless vaccination campaign could have incalculable effects in the medium or long term, far more destructive than the CoVid virosis which so far has carried off only 0.025% of the world’s population (2 million — however they may have been counted — out of nearly 8 billion people)! I say “only” not because 2 million people would be few victims of covid, but because the vaccine, still in testing, could cause more victims.
And the possibility of disastrous side effects is contemplated by the manufacturer Pfizer itself.
That is why, on the leaflet of the Comirnaty vaccine, the manufacturer Pfizer itself says that
“In order to confirm the EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF COMIRNATY, the MAH shall submit the final Clinical Study Report for the randomised, placebo-controlled, observer-blind study C4591001 — DECEMBER 2023!”
Yes! PFIZER WILL BE ABLE TO CONFIRM THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF THE VACCINE ONLY IN DECEMBER 2023!
That is why the manufacturer PFIZER ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATEVER FOR THE POSSIBLE VICTIMS OF THE VACCINE!
That is why the governments of the world take upon themselves the entire responsibility for this vaccination campaign!
Why? By what right do they assume the risk of making their citizens ill? These are other questions whose answer we shall ferret out in a few years’ time.
What is certain is that by assuming the risk of endangering people’s lives through injection with a substance still in testing, the premises are created for the commission of the offence of MANSLAUGHTER in its aggravated form!
In Romania manslaughter (art. 192 of the Criminal Code) is defined as follows:
“(1) The killing of a person by negligence is punishable by imprisonment from one to 5 years.
(2) Killing by negligence as a consequence of failure to observe the legal provisions or the precautionary measures for the exercise of a profession or trade or for the carrying out of a certain activity is punishable by imprisonment from 2 to 7 years. Where the breach of the legal provisions or of the precautionary measures constitutes in itself an offence, the rules on the concurrence of offences apply.
(3) If the act committed has caused the death of two or more persons, the special limits of the penalty provided in paragraphs (1) and (2) are increased by half.”
From the criminal-law point of view, negligence is “a form of guilt consisting in the fact that the offender foresees the result of his act but does not accept it, considering without grounds that it will not occur (advertent negligence), or does not foresee the result of his act although he ought to and could have foreseen it (simple negligence).”
In the given situation, in which the vaccine is not yet tested and guaranteed by the Manufacturer Pfizer, the latter assuming in no way any responsibility,
it means that the government foresees the result of the act (the possible death of those vaccinated), but does not accept it, considering without grounds (so long as the manufacturer itself does not assume the risk of death!!!) that it will not occur!
So as not to lengthen this post too much, I shall pass directly to the conclusions:
1. Given that the testing of the Comirnaty vaccine is not yet complete, and that it cannot be known either whether it will cause victims or how many, it means that the Government (the governments of the world) assume even the possibility of committing a genocide… by negligence!
2. For each possible victim, the criminal prosecution authorities will have to be notified for the commission of the offence of killing by negligence!
